ORDERING

 

How do I order?

  • At the Product Menu Page, simply add to cart the items you wish to order.
  • When you are done, you may view your cart to confirm your items.
  • When you are sure with your items, you can input your zipcode to check if your location is within the delivery areas.
  • Once you have checked that it is, click "check out" and fill out the required shipping information.
  • Click "continue to shipping" and choose a payment option -- then place your order!

*Note: For non-COD, you may follow the payment instructions found at the check out page to make and confirm your payment.

 

What if the item I want is "Sold Out"?

Check again tomorrow as we replenish our inventory every business day.

What are your available payment methods?

We accept payments done via bank transfer (BPI, BDO or Metrobank), mobile e-wallet transfer (Gcash/Paymaya) or Cash-On-Delivery (COD).

We accept COD transactions. We ask our valued clients to please prepare the cash before the order arrives for a faster transaction.

How do I confirm my bank transaction payment?

STEP 1: Consistent Cares emails you your Order # with the total amount.
STEP 2: Pay this amount through mobile/online transfer and take a screenshot of your proof of payment.
STEP 3: Reply to Consistentcares' email with your proof of payment (as attachment)
STEP 4: Click Send
STEP 5: Wait for payment validation email which is processed from 8am-5pm every Monday-Friday.

*Note: If you send your proof of payment later in the day, it may be confirmed the day after.

Do you deliver to my location?

We currently deliver to the following cities: Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan and Taguig.

 

How long until I receive my delivery?

You should have your order in 3-4 business days.

 

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we do not. For orders worth P2,000 and above, you get free delivery. For orders less than that, you will be charged a P150 delivery fee.

 

Do you charge a delivery fee?

For orders above P3,000, we offer free delivery. For orders less than that, we charge a P150 delivery fee.
